Come experience the delicious combination of whole-body herbal steam and Mayan abdominal massage at magical Cygnet’s Way! Due to the nature of a small intimate gathering, we only are offering four slots each of which includes an hour herbal steam followed by an hour abdominal massage. This is a wonderful opportunity to tune into your body through the whole sensual experience of the steam together with the gentle yet profound Mayan abdominal massage. A true treat for your body, mind, and soul.

Liminal Bodywork is an abdominal and manual therapy practice in New Paltz by Alexandria Gianakos, LMT. The Mayan abdominal massage offered at this event is a sequence passed down by Rosita Arvigo. It is beneficial for digestive health, fertility, organ positioning, and reconnecting to your center. Through cardiovascular, lymphatic and energetic flow we will downregulate the nervous system and engage in a pacified state of being. This is a gender affirming practice and treatment.
